What is RenLook?
RenLook is a Stockholm-based design studio creating minimalist, art-inspired clothing and accessories. Every piece starts as an original design or artwork before it becomes something you wear — RenLook is for art lovers. Our collections (Boat, Peace, Love, Feminist, Valentine, and the Mr. Look / Mrs. Look art series) are made from sustainable materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester.
How long does shipping take?
Each RenLook piece is prepared with care, and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product and the level of craftsmanship involved. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5 working days, while selected products — particularly our embroidered pieces — may require additional time to ensure they're prepared and finished to the highest standard. Depending on the product and your order, the fulfillment and shipping process may take from 5 working days to less than 3 working weeks. Once your order has been placed, we'll send you an estimated delivery date by email, so you know when to expect your RenLook piece. Thank you for giving us the time to prepare your order with the care and attention it deserves.
What is Your Studio, and how do I personalize a product?
Your Studio lets you personalize selected RenLook products and create a piece that's uniquely yours — choose colors and sizes, modify an existing design, upload your own artwork, or add your own text. Here's how it works: click “Your Studio” in the main menu and choose the product you'd like to personalize. Below the “Add to Cart” button on that product's page, click “Personalized Design” to open the personalization studio, where you can choose your color/size, modify the design, upload your own artwork, and add text. If the product offers personalization on both the front and back, check and adjust both sides before continuing. Once you're happy with your creation, click “Continue to Cart” and complete checkout as normal — your personalized piece will then be prepared and made especially according to your design.
Can I personalize any product?
Personalization is available on selected products only — look for the “Personalized Design” button below “Add to Cart” on a product page, or browse the full range under Your Studio.
What is your return and refund policy?
RenLook operates on an on-demand, made-to-order model — each product is created specifically for you once you order, so we don't hold pre-made inventory. Because of this, returns and refunds are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, contact us promptly and we'll offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both centimeters and inches, so you can check your fit before ordering.
What materials are RenLook products made from?
Our pieces use sustainable materials throughout the range, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and other eco-conscious blends — the exact fabrication is listed on each product page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each piece is made to order, production begins soon after your order is placed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — we can't guarantee changes once an order has moved into production.
What are the Boat, Peace, Love, Feminist, and Mr. Look / Mrs. Look collections?
Each RenLook collection is built around a single design idea: Boat, Peace, Love, and Feminist explore a theme through minimalist graphics, while the Mr. Look and Mrs. Look series reinterpret art history — from Piet Mondrian to Klimt's The Kiss — as wearable pieces. RenLook is for art lovers, and every collection is a different way of wearing that idea.
